For selected stainless steel cookware, Vivaldi uses a 3-layer capsule base consisting of stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

The cookware receives its specific surface treatment and finishing according to its collection.
Assembly
Components such as handles, lids and other elements are assembled according to the individual product design.
Quality Control
Products go through quality checks throughout the manufacturing process before reaching the market.
The Stainless Steel Difference
Stainless steel is one of Vivaldi's key cookware technologies.
Selected Vivaldi Stainless Steel cookware is made with 304 / 18-10 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
Its capsule base uses three layers:
Stainless Steel → Aluminum → Stainless Steel
The aluminum layer helps with heat distribution, while the stainless steel layers form part of the durable base construction.
This construction is designed to help the cookware retain and distribute heat effectively during cooking.
