Wash the pressure cooker before first use.
Check the sealing gasket, pressure valve and safety components before each use.
Do not exceed the maximum filling level indicated inside the cooker.
Never open the pressure cooker while it is under pressure.
Allow pressure to release completely before opening the lid.
Do not leave the cooker empty on heat.
Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning.
Wash with warm soapy water or place the appropriate dishwasher-safe parts in the dishwasher.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals.
Dry thoroughly after washing.
